Pure PTFE compounded with glass, carbon and graphite fillers — markedly improving creep resistance, wear resistance and thermal conductivity, and overcoming PTFE’s inherent cold flow.
Glass fiber (GF) raises stiffness and creep resistance, carbon fiber (CF) improves thermal conductivity and wear, graphite adds self-lubrication — used singly or combined.
Pure PTFE deforms by cold flow under sustained load. With 15–25% GF/CF filler the creep rate drops by 50–70%.
Retains PTFE’s chemical inertness — only molten alkali metals and hot fluorine attack it. Compatible across pH 0–14.
Sheet, rod, tube and custom machined parts. CNC tolerance ±0.02 mm, surface roughness Ra ≤0.8 μm.
