● Overview
The Vision system uses multispectral imaging to identify cracks, discolouration, deformation and other defects on seal surfaces. A combined 2D+3D imaging module inspects pipe bores to 0.05 mm accuracy. In hot or toxic environments the system tracks seal condition in real time by thermal imaging, keeping equipment running safely.

Seal surface inspection
Multispectral imaging detects cracks, discolouration and deformation on O-rings, gaskets and oil seals — full in-line inspection on the production line.
Pipe bore defect detection
2D+3D composite imaging scans the full bore, automatically identifying and sizing corrosion, pitting and cracks.
Filter blockage quantification
Thermal plus visible-light analysis of the filter interior quantifies blockage and gives early warning on change-out timing.
