Every Yiran® HEPA/ULPA filter undergoes MPPS (Most Penetrating Particle Size) scan testing before shipment to ensure efficiency compliance. H13–H14 use PAO/DOP aerosol detection; U15–U16 are individually issued with efficiency certificates.

MiniPleat hot-melt adhesive technology, achieving filtration area comparable to standard 78mm SEP within 292mm depth, with airflow boosted to 1700m³/h. Plastic/steel frame options available to suit different cleanroom installation preferences.
V-type arrangement of multiple HEPA pleat packs, single unit airflow up to 4000m³/h — equivalent to 6–7 standard SEP HEPA filters. Galvanized steel frame, suitable for final HEPA stages in large cleanroom AHUs, reducing filter count and installation labor.
U15–U16 grade ULPA elements, individually MPPS scanned and certified. PTFE or fiberglass media options available, meeting ISO 14644-1 Class 1–3 ultra-clean environments. Typical applications: semiconductor wafer fabrication, TFT-LCD photolithography, HDD manufacturing and more.
